Editorial policy
How a public source becomes a useful article.
Start with a specific question
Each article addresses a distinct patient-facing question. We prioritize medical specialty organizations, government health sources and official medication labeling for clinical context. We use a provider’s own pages for its published offer, without treating those pages as independent evidence of treatment success.
Keep evidence boundaries visible
Evidence about thyroid hormone replacement is not evidence that one provider has better outcomes. A labeled medicine is not automatically the medicine a particular service will dispense. We identify missing prices, access restrictions and inconsistencies instead of filling them in with assumptions. A commercial first position is never an evidence score.
Review and dates
Source-check dates appear in articles and in the source register. Research and editorial checks examine whether linked material supports the statement, whether internal links work and whether pages are readable. They are not medical peer review. Product offers can change after a check; verify the terms with the provider before paying.
Corrections and reader decisions
If a source and article disagree, rely on the primary source and ask the provider or clinician for clarification. We revise confirmed errors when identified during editorial checks. This site does not operate a patient-support inbox. Questions about prescriptions, symptoms or results belong with the treating service. No individual treatment decision should rest on a review-site ranking.
